Nicole’s yoga classes are amazing. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my mind and body by the end of each class. The classes have a fabulous mix of strength and relaxation. Forrest yoga is my favourite style, particularly because of the focus on core stability and neck relaxation. I avoid having to go to physio for my neck and shoulders now I do a class each week! Nicole is really clear when explaining, adding little hints and tips to get the best out of each pose. I thoroughly enjoy each and every one of Nicole’s classes and recommend anyone to try!

I attended Nicole’s Forrest Yoga classes, and then her pre-natal classes- both I would highly recommend. She is approachable, kind and a great teacher, making you feel at ease as a beginner and relaxed throughout. The prenatal classes for me were so important, and I attended Nicole’s classes from week 12 of pregnancy right the way through until week 35. I don’t know how I would have got through the pregnancy without this hour of calm, meditation and “me time”. Nicole adapted so well when we went into lockdown and I found her online classes just as great as in-person. Although feeling super relaxed and calm after sessions, I also felt well stretched and my body felt like it had achieved something, so the perfect balance for me. I would recommend to everyone!

I’ve always wanted to try yoga and been intimidated by it, so starting postnatally seemed like a great opportunity to allow myself to start, and be a bit ‘rubbish’ at it. Nicole is a brilliant teacher, inclusive and welcoming and not at all intimidating! In the course of taking her postnatal and Forrest yoga classes she’s helped me connect with my own body and focus on how the poses feel, rather than whether I think I’m pushing myself hard enough - and that is an approach that is helpful in the rest of life too!

I started attending Nicole’s pregnancy yoga class at 8 weeks pregnant and continued to go until I was 36 weeks. Since having my daughter I’ve also joined her postpartum classes. I find Nicole to be a fantastic teacher, really taking the time to judge what you need that week and adapting the classes accordingly. She focusses on helping you to improve your technique clearly explaining the sensation you should feel in each pose. I went to other pregnancy classes and as someone who’s enjoyed yoga for a few years I didn’t find them challenging enough - this wasn’t the case with Nicole, she works with you to ensure you leave the class feeling powerful and have strengthened those muscles that are so important in pregnancy and birth. Couldn’t recommend her classes more!

I find Nicole's yoga a perfect balance of strengthening, moving and relaxation. There's always challenging moves, but you feel well supported and confident to try them. It's a really lovely class with no judgement: I never feel under pressure or intimidated by her or other class members which can happen in other practices. I have completed her regular, and post natal sessions, and am currently attending the pregnancy classes all of which I've enjoyed. Nicole is very knowledgable in pre and postnatal yoga and was easily able to modify poses when I was pregnant attending her regular class. I would recommend Nicole's classes to anyone wanting to restore or maintain mind/body wellness with an experienced and compassionate teacher.

I took a mum & baby class and I loved it. Nicole helped me understand how to come into some poses the right way. It was physically rather tough sometimes which I liked! At the same time it was babies first am we were all feeding or comforting our babies during the classes...and sometimes Nicole helped up with the babies so we could focus more on the yoga and ourselves. I'm very happy I took the class and am happy to recommend it to others!

I started yoga with Nicole at around 16 weeks pregnant, practicing right up until I was 37 weeks (only stopping as my baby arrived at 38 weeks!). From our very first email exchange, Nicole was extremely supportive, encouraging and kind, and knowing that she, too, had recently been through the same antenatal journey meant I felt in extremely safe hands. I greatly enjoyed the yoga classes, which were in equal parts (physically) challenging and (mentally) relaxing, and it is thanks to this weekly practice that I was able to get through 36 hours of contractions at home with breathing and a TENS machine alone. I am so happy to have found Nicole - who is one of the most inspiring and understanding instructors I’ve met - during this important phase of my life, and can’t wait to start my postnatal practice with her!

I have had a few false starts with Yoga over the years with no luck. I then got a shoulder injury and my Osteo strongly encouraged me to try again. Luckily I found Nicole's sessions in Harpenden and gave it a go. She is very professional, encouraging, and leads by great example. It is so all consuming, the hour flies by. I feel so much more healthy and in tune with my body just after a few sessions. Highly Recommend!
