Very low quality seeds. Not a single one germinated. Even lower customer service. Communicated with them professionally and politely out of an objective feedback. The reply stated that they'll put the seeds to the test, find out, and let me know. There is nothing worse that wasting money on low quality seeds than the assumption that the clients are either stupid or con artists. Then they retracted this and indicated that they wanted to test the seeds and send me germinated ones. Laughable. Then they said they issued a refund which they have of £1.75. The refund was promptly returned to them with an email proof of the transfer. They should have mentioned that, too, in their reply to this review but they didn't. Double shame on you. We were not after your charity. Furthermore, by the time I sent the feedback about the cucumber (they were flat and crooked, hollow, as if no flesh inside them, clearly bad quality) and it took them over two weeks to reply by then the other seeds have also not germinated. I hasten to add that, as mentioned to Nicky’s, I have two plots at the allotment and have been growing my fruits and vegetables for near 40 years. In another word, not a newbie. The whole matter was handled by Nicky’s staff very unprofessionally and continues to be.
