  I stumbled on my outfit by chance. We were searching for a pearl mala to go with the groom’s outfit and then I saw this really pretty outfit. I had already placed an order elsewhere for an outfit but this piece was soo beautiful I couldn’t resist. We had a short time frame as we are travelling abroad but Nicky nailed it. My blouse fitted perfectly. It is a family run business with excellent interpersonal skills, all are very welcoming and very attentive but in a non pushy way. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend them to anyone searching for a stunning outfit. Service: Custom clothing design

  My fiancé found his perfect sherwani at this amazing boutique! Both Nicky and Harpinder were an absolute delight to work with. They listened to everything we wanted and went above and beyond to deliver exactly that! They took their time with us and really allowed my fiancé to have the perfect groom experience when finding his wedding outfit. They gave us lots of options through different colours and designs. They also helped us to ensure we have the perfect shawl, pagh and shoes! Their attention to detail is second to none and we truly are so happy we worked with them both and would recommend ANYBODY to go to their boutique!! Thank you again!! John & Sasha

  Went to Nicky Chana Studio for the first time in February this year. I found a lengha that was both beautiful and unique for my nephews wedding. I had been to London but was unsuccessful in finding an outfit. At Nicky’s I was spoilt for choice! Nicky and her husband were very professional. My outfit was made to order from India and arrived within the time span I was given. I’m delight with the outfit and it fits perfectly! Thank you Nicky!   If you are looking for the bridal outfit of your dreams then you need to take a visit to Nicky’s. After months of searching online and in stores across birmingham and london, I stumbled across Nicky’s studio by accident. I remember the first day I entered the store I was in awe at her collection, it was almost closing time for them but they accommodated for us even though we were just browsing that day. Unlike other stores, I didn’t feel any pressure to buy on the spot and all the outfits were clearly labelled with their prices so everything was very transparent from the start. Nicky, Sumayah and the rest of the staff were so attentive and hospitable, they felt like family. I customised my whole outfit with Nicky’s help and even changed bits along the way but Nicky was extremely patient and accommodating. It was an anticipating wait for the outfit but it was sooo worth it. My vision truly came to life and amidst all the wedding prep stresses this has really been the highlight of my journey and has made me excited for my big day. I cannot thank Nicky and her team enough and would recommend them a million times over !!!

  This was the last shop we went into after a long day of going from shop to shop and I was very pleasantly surprised by the collection of brand new, beautiful outfits that easily stood out above the rest. Although one outfit really caught my eye, there were so many high-quality, stunning outfits that I would have very happily bought (and, therefore, will definitely be coming back!). I felt really looked after by the team, who styled the outfit for me when I tried it on and I felt so beautiful in it. When I returned to collect the outfit after it was steamed, packaged, etc. there was a slight mishap, which was very quickly resolved and the whole team worked so efficiently to resolve the issue, as well as offer us some hot drinks, which continued the feeling of being well looked after. Accidents happen but I was really impressed with how attentive they were in both resolving the issue and taking care of us and I was very happy leaving the shop with an outfit that I know I would not have found anywhere else. I highly recommend visiting the store if you want something that beautifully stands out, is of high quality and reasonably priced.

  Had a bridal appointment, wasn’t seen too. When trying on the lehengas, my sister had to help me in and out of them. Customer service was poor. Not what I expected for a booked bridal appointment.

  Had a wonderful experience at Nicky Chana’s bridal studio for my sister’s wedding! The setting is modern and feels luxurious. The dresses are lovely and you can tell there is a real attention to detail. Was looking for something special and a bit different, and didn’t have to look for long before I found a beautiful lehanga for the wedding day. Alterations were effortless with Nicky referring me to Manu’s Tailoring next door to the boutique. I was a bit apprehensive of wedding shopping with my small baby but both Nicky and Manu couldn’t have been more accommodating! Would love to come back again in the future.

  Nicky and Pindi were very helpful when choosing my bridal lehenga. Their store has so many beautiful designs! Even though they had many other customers and I was taking my time, I did not feel rushed at all and Nicky kept checking in to see how I was getting on and advised on jewellery and got me different pieces to try. She also organised the adjustments needed with the tailor next door to her store.

  Where do I even start!!!! Getting my bridal outfit from Nicky was one of the best decisions I ever made during the wedding! Nicky is the kindest soul who helped me from start to finish to get the perfect outfit and I cannot thank her enough! I had tried on 70 outfits and finally when I got to Nicky, I trusted her completely and ordered my lengha. I had so much trust in her and the quality of her outfits that I actually saw my outfit for the first time when I went to collect it! It was beyond expectations and better than I could have imagined. Thank you so much Nicky and team. To anyone thinking of buying their outfit from here - 100% would recommend!!!
