Beautirfull pice i brought on 10/08/2020 , the lady seemed very friendly in the shop and helpful , however i cannot give 5 stars , as after looking at the website this morning looking for another pice to go with my Amber pendant , I see the very same Pendant cheaper on the shops own website, i just hope the lady made an error and did not intentially over charge me. As now they have lost out on a 2nd sale . update in 2021 , i was made aware the pice i brought was possibly fake from a gemologist i know , so we tested it and decided to burn it using a lighter and a bunsen burner and it is FAKE !! SO THE AMBER HERE BEWARE FAKE PRODUCTS BEING SOLD TO THE PUBLIC - Hi The baltic amber pice i brought from you a while ago , it is not real baltic amber it is FAKE i will be sending the pice to trading standards , it is made using this cellulose nitrate) is usually yellow and cloudy. Optically it is difficult to distinguish it from Amber. Celluloid is more solid and not so combustible. After heating it diffuses the smell of burnt plastic. And i know because i burnt it , it smells like burning plastic .

My boyfriend bought me a beautiful silver emerald ring from this shop (through Etsy) a few years ago for our anniversary. After wearing the ring almost every day for years, the stones inevitably came out (as would any stones from a ring worn so much). Since it was such a sentimental ring, I reached out to the shop to ask if they were able to add new emerald stones which Nickolas kindly did for me. I received the ring today and it looks brand new again! Amazing service and beautiful products that are absolutely worth the price.
