    In Mar 22 we purchased a new Auto-Sleeper Broadway from Nick Whale Motorhomes. Unfortunately we've just had to sell our lovely motorhome. We chose to sell via Nick Whale. Both of these transactions were handled in a professional and friendly manner by Paul Sadler (sales lead). From the very first time we spoke with Paul we felt he was someone we could trust (not always the case in the vehicle sales trade!). We also engaged with Atilla (Service) and Narinder (Finance) who both provided a fantastic service. The whole team at Nick Whale are a credit to the company. Having successfully completed two transactions of significant value we would have no hesitation in recommending Nick Whale Motorhomes to anyone looking to buy or sell a motorhome. 5 star company with 5 star staff!

    Happy Anniversary! It is a year since we visited the Nick Whale Motorhomes team. A last minute divert from a long drive across country and what a find! Nick Whale Motorhomes and Campers had the type of MoHos we were looking for, a no nonsense approach and superb customer service. We had almost given up on the idea of owning a motorhome as our previous experience of searching for a used MoHo had been a huge disappointment. There were the dealers with a £100 ‘Administration Fee’, the salesperson who freely admitted he couldn’t understand why anyone would want a motorhome, the fitted bike rack shown on the Website that had miraculously disappeared on viewing, only to then appear as an extra in the showroom. Well, you get the picture. Driving away from Nick Whale that day was in complete contrast and confirmed our excitement about the unexpected find. A quick call to pay a deposit secured our lovely Moho. We collected our new purchase on a cold day in March after a very comprehensive brief and demo, which we definitely needed being newbies! Paul had arranged for extras onboard to enable us to get started, one of which was a real bonus because they were in short supply at the time. Since then, we’ve had no need to contact the team at Nick Whale until recently; a new personalised VRN for our MoHo meant new number plates. Keen to keep the Nick Whale logo we asked Paul if we could buy plates from them. Paul replied ‘what a lovely thought’ and asked Nin to organise the supply of our new plates, which we received as a gift in the mail. A gesture we really appreciate and epitomises their family style business approach - it so nice to be valued customers. When or if we ever decide to consider a different motorhome, we know exactly where we will be heading!
