My husband and I chose to go with Nick as his prices were very competitive. I am pleased to say that the experience was fantastic from start to finish. He carried out the survey within days of instruction and produced a very detailed report the very next day which included information about the key points we asked him to bear in mind prior to visiting the property. I instructed Nick for a full building survey report prior to purchase. Once instructed he coordinated with the estate agents directly in order to get the survey done and I did not have to worry about anything. Nick was super helpful and the report was incredibly detailed and well laid out. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else looking for reliable surveyor.

04/03/21- Still no response. Don't think ill get a response. What a shame. Updated 14/02:Emailed Nick 7days ago and not had a reply as he thought this review was a mystery... Awaiting your reply. After reading the reviews, My partner and I thought Nick would be a good choice to go with. However, once receiving the report we noticed he didn't address the broken stairs we noted when viewing the property. We gave it the benefit of doubt and assumed it was fixed. After moving into the property, we have noticed blocked gutters and loose guttering, the ensuite in the property has been re tiled and shower leaks straight through into the kitchen- so nothing was tested in the bathrooms. There is damp on the walls. It seems as though Nick has a lot of work on which is causing him not to be diligent with his checks. Really disappointed. Would not recommend. SK & IK
