Absolutely shocking service terrible communication & customer service had to do all the chasing ourselves and when trying to contact via telephone get a response via WhatsApp which I know can be useful but not when it’s in the last few days of completion and to come back with totally incorrect information due to not even following things up they was not even aware we had moved for almost a week & then was only to send the bill . Would definitely not recommend!!!!! The attitude of staff is disgusting so unprofessional both ourselves & our buyer have had a terrible experience with them .

Thank you to Mark and his team for a brilliant hassle free experience in selling my property. I had lived in my current home for over 35 years so was well out of touch and anxious about selling, but I need not had worried, Mark and his team talked me through the whole process every step of the way and handled everything. I certainly appreciated the open day viewings and would recommend, I just left my house to a very warm, friendly and professional lady who handled a full morning viewings and then secured my property as requested, even a second viewing was covered out of office hours, which was amazing and so reassuring. I was kept informed and updated at all times even when there was nothing to report, it was just reassuring to know everything was all progressing as it should be.
