Terrible took saddles back told no money back just credit note if a problem come back in a couple of days the owner might be there but I could not have my money back as there was a signed to say that I had to pay the same amount on top of that I have paid to get replacement robbers?

Ordered shoes online as a Christmas gift for my Mum. Went in to the shop today to return some of the shoes that did not fit. I explained to the store assistant that my Mum is poorly and unable to go to the shop to try shoes on, hence I ordered several pairs online. Nick then came to deal with the return and snapped “it would have been easier to try them on in store”. I explained, yet again that my Mum is poorly and unable to come in to the shop. I was then told that the refund would be dealt with later as I had paid through PayPal and was then snapped at again with “I won’t be refunding your discount”. Why would I expect any given discount to be refunded??. Never again will I buy from inside this shop or through their website. Better customer service can certainly be received elsewhere. No wonder small retailers on the high street are closing down when customers are treated appallingly.

I called in here on Sun 12th Sept. The 2 ladies were really helpful. I purchased a pair of boots, but I needed to post them home as I was on holiday. One of the ladies went out of her way for me by wrapping up my boots in brown paper to enable me to post them home. ( it's little things like this that make a difference) I was extremely grateful. The whole experience just made my day and made me smile. So thank you ladies.

Rude rude woman on phone I was calling from Perth Western Australia. I had bought 5 pairs of fitflops about 18 months ago and they said if i ever needed more just call Well i did last night my time Woman who answered the phone even when i said where i was calling from said "oh i cant help you now ive got customers here". Well what am i? I asked the email address and she hadnt a clue the difference between the web address and an em a il address Do you think ill be placing another order of probably close on £800!!!! No way on Gods earth and ill tell eeveryone of my family and frienfs in Southport Bluddy rude,!
