I train Women’s Combat Self Defence with Nicholas every week and he really knows his stuff. He is very knowledgeable, encouraging and pushing me to my limits that I didn't know I had! He has changed my view of what boxing and self defence means. Sometimes the sessions are really tough for me but he makes them enjoyable and motivates me more than I would on my own.
