How frustrating is it to be given more broken promise ...even asked to remove my last review .. Its now four/five weeks of back and forth ...promised Friday 3rd Feb ...its all approved ...Managers in a big meeting so waiting for sign off ! But don't worry ...I'll be working all weekend I will get the papers sorted and send over to you ...even asked for my bank details ....I will even send you over my personal email adddress .....Seriously Rebecca, customer service at its best .....The heartache of losing my love one and having to sell her property is heartbreaking enough .....But your never ending promises are so unprofessional .....To think I already have an open account with yourselves....Your treatment towards me is disgusting.
