I discovered Niche Advice via the Niche channel on Youtube, where it was clear that Payam has a wealth of experience and knowledge. The videos really helped me to understand what to expect as a first time buyer, traps to watch out for, and of course the mortgage options available. Given this, I approached Niche Advice for their services, and I can say that Payam and his team have been nothing short of excellent. Good communication and clear requirements of what was needed meant that before long, a Decision in Principle was attained. Later on with an agreed purchase price in mind, a full mortgage application was completed and an offer was received from the lender. Payam later went above and beyond due to some issues with the purchase, and I cannot thank him enough; his efforts ensured that I could complete without worry, and I am now a very happy homeowner.
