I was a cleaning supervisor for 4 year them became cleaning manager cleaning at morrison I have now stepped back down due to ongoing family/life issues but couldn't thank Tracy,John,raf and Rob enough always had me in to make sure I was alright always there when need a bit of support or guidance, they do a great job for nic services they are definitely a asset to the company

I have been with NIC a few days, yesterday I was sent home by Morrisons first aider after vomiting at work, woman in charge of me expected me to go in today even tho I am still unwell vomiting etc, I did inform her I wouldn't be going in, also she cancelled my days off which are a paid holiday booked last year avoid at all cost

Charge their own staff via premium rate telephone numbers to contact head office. High turnover of staff no respect for employees, take advantage of people with learning difficulties. Absolutely terrible company. The worst employer in the cleaning industry. Force employees to work 6 days per week just for 16 hours.

I have been with NIC Service Group for 12 months as a in store cleaning Manager within the Sainsburys / Argos company, previously I had been in my other role for 7+ years so I was very cautious due to some of the negative reviews, But Iam so happy I made the change,The company is an excellent place,i have meet some great people along my way,and look forward to many more I now have a great team in my store in Sainsbury’s,and now I wouldn’t be anywhere else,the support from Nic mangers is also a bonus,always there when you need them,doesn’t matter the day or time,always give you great support,and always have a point of contact that is willing to support where possible,thanks NIC!
