I needed some pallets. I had a special requirement for a 2 dozen 2.2m X 1.7m pallets to be made up by breaking up 100 standard pals to make into 25 big pals. I called these idiots, no response. Called again discussed the job. Was told to wait. Waited. Called again. Waited. Nothing. I visited. Had to wake up one of their staff (actually asleep) to get a response. Was told to wait. I purchased 4 standard pals while I was there and asked for an invoice. Was told to wait. Invoice never arrived. Waited. No invoice. Left voice messages. No response. Waited. Today I phoned to discuss it all firmly and politely. Was told by rude young woman (not a lady) that the pals would be too expensive for me to buy. I told the woman we had not discussed prices yet because I had been waiting for 1 month for her and her boss to come back with a price. The idiot woman called me an arrogant pr**k and hung up the phone. Avoid these people. They are rude time-wasters.
