I needed some nasty wounds on my fingers to be re-dressed after I lost an argument with a power tool! I didn't seem to be getting anywhere with access to my GP practice nurses and the two local Minor Injury Units were on 3 to 4hr waiting times. Then I remembered this walk-in centre. All I can say is that they were highly competent and quick ........ and the waiting time was no more than 30 minutes. Brilliant, especially as I found out all was not well in a couple of places and the intervention was timely. Keep up the excellent work

Doctor was friendly and very helpful. Just under a 2 hour wait which is pretty good for a bank holiday. A lot of NHS services don’t care/ are rude but everyone here was polite and helpful including reception!

Waited over 3 hours after being told it's a 2 hour wait. Even with waits like that, they require you to sit in the small, poorly ventilated waiting room the entire time. Receptionist was nice; doctor was pretty rude.

Expectations not managed. Advised it would be 2 hr wait, 3.5 hrs later still waiting and no communication or update on likely timeframe. When one gent tried to ask a nurse she cut him off abruptly and scurried away behind the locked doors. No care or compassion shown 😞

A consultation without help is useless. My skin has been itchy for over two weeks, and it gets worse, they didn't prescribe anything, just asked me to buy some moisturizing cream applied.

went there for few times, and every time, the nurses and doctors are absolutely friendly and professional. I went for IUD today, and the nurse who inserted the IUD is lovely. The nurse assistant, Mike, was holding my hand throughout the process. He even wrote me a remind note of "hot water bottle" because it's completely new thing to me. They suggested where to buy, and explained patiently again and again what to do etc... because the pain during IUD completely lost my mind. The only negative review I can give is that every time I have to wait 30-60 minutes even if I reach earlier for the appointment. I guess because they are busy... but it is not a big problem for me... other patients who have busy schedules might think is a problem.
