    Trying to book an appointment via inept receptionists is so frustrating. I tried to book a blood test and was told I needed an appointment with a doctor first. The doctor then asked why I had got an appointment with them as my notes said I needed to book a blood test. In the end it took 6 weeks from my first call to the date of the bloods being taken.

    Takes forever to get through on phone last Time I rang it took 105 times ridiculous. Staff are rude and unhelpful The walk in that they have put in place to get a same day appointment is a joke. No system And can only see advance practitioner. Also 3 gps missed the symptoms of a blood clot in my calf which travelled to my lung thankfully the hospital caught it.

    I phoned Friday was told to go down on Monday between 9:00/9:30am. I explained at the counter that i'd rung Friday and I suffer with depression. Was told I could not see a Doctor but could have a phone appointment Weds. What was the point me going down then ? I was so stressed by the time I came home. I phoned to complain but no one was bothered.I'd asked for my medical notes when I'd phoned Friday. They did give me an envelope with some in but pages 1,2,3 and 4 are missing. What has happened with this place ? The Dr I used to see has left. Dr kathrine Smith .She was brilliant and vey understanding. Gone right down hill 😡
