Overall, my experience was great, but two people stood out in particular: the gentleman at the information desk who quickly brought me a wheelchair and the doctor who meticulously checked my knee during my visit on 5-5-23 between 09:25 and 11:37. Although the clinic was busy, we barely noticed the two hours we were there, as the waiting time was very minimal. Thank you to the entire team for their exceptional service. While I hope to never need medical attention again, I would feel comfortable returning to this clinic.

I attended yesterday with a suspected ankle fracture I found all the staff to be friendly and efficient particularly the lady on reception who went the extra mile for an elderly patient and was so friendly to everybody ! I was triaged x-rayed temporary boot applied to my fracture and given an appointment for fracture clinic in less than 2.5 hours I was very impressed at the service despite everybody clearly being under immense pressure !

Went downtown Nottingham to NHS walk-in centre this afternoon with excruciating ankle pain. Excellent dedicated service right from reception staff, triage nurses, X-ray team and Doctor. Walking on crutches now. Thank you for care that you demonstrated to me today. GL

The staff were efficient, friendly and caring. They had a lot of folk to deal with, and one was very rude and problematic. I felt very sorry for the reception staff who had to sit there and listen to the person rant about her rights and officially complaining about them. They'd done nothing wrong. The clinicians we're very thorough and precise in their diagnosis..

Very useless and waste of time going to this place . I have been coughing and feeling ill for over a month, coughing and really bad pain on my chest everyday. My GP Practice is not picking up the phone calling them every morning 5days a week. So I went to walking centre and this Thia Lady or Asian not sure, working there and she is very rude, she has got a really bad attitude. She is not even trained to to be doctor or Nurse. She was giving me some advices, that making me laugh at the time. We pay tax for get good service and NHS is just waste of money.
