At risk of sounding like my nan, I’d give 0 stars if I could. This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with in my life. I’d be here all day listing the negatives. Do yourself a favour and AVOID.

By far the cheapest and most cost effective way for an NHS employee to get into a brand new car - worry and hassle free - servicing, insurance, road-tax...etc are all included. Show me a cheaper way to lease a car (like for like) and I will eat my hat. I leased my previous Tesla Model 3 and now lease my new Nissan Leaf through this company I am an extremely prickly customer who doesn't tolerate any nonsense from companies, but I am having a lot of difficulty sympathising with some of the low scores given to NHS Fleet Solutions. They are a car lease company - they do exactly what it says on the tin. I can't understand comments like "my gross salary went down"...yes, that is the whole point of salary sacrifice...what is it you didn't understand? They charged me for damage when I returned the car - yes, they need to re-sell the cars after you have finished with them. The amount of money they charge you is considerably less than if you were to have the damage fixed at your own expense - you would have to pay "retail" but NHS Fleet Solutions charge "cost" price for damage repair. As far as I can see, there are no "hidden costs" and they try very hard to deliver a good service and do all the liaising between manufacturer/dealership and finance companies, so you don't have to. Seriously, there really is no pleasing some people. The reviewer who mentioned salary sacrifice will affect your pensionable earnings is quite correct, but this is not a "hidden penalty" - it is explained in all the initial documentation. By the way, my Tesla was one of the worst cars I have ever owned for quality and service - issue after issue and Tesla were completely disinterested. NONE of that was the fault of NHS Fleet Solutions. Reviewers need to learn it is not NHS Fleet Solutions fault if the manufacturer/dealership are taking the mickey out of them. In my experience, Tesla and Audi customer service are among the worst.

DO NOT USE THIS LEASE COMPANY PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS They are not regulated by an appropriate body (regulated by NHS Northumbria - not a motoring regulatory body). They do not take responsibility for any issues with your cars. We have an Audi Etron that as of the end of November decided to stop charging. we referred this to NHS Fleet Solutions, who said it's in warranty and needs to go back to Audi. All fine, so RAC eventually pick it up and return it to Audi who say it needs an update and its charging. We return home, it doesn't charge so we ring NHS fleet solutions who say again back to Audi. No problem, but I told them that Audi are only willing to provide a replacement vehicle for 2 days, which is no good to us as we need it for the duration of repair. Not interested, it's not in our package. We didn't get an additional option to add a courtesy car at the time of setting up the lease or we would have added it. Anyway, Audi Preston are completely incompetent and refuse to pick it up, RAC take 4 days to come (meanwhile car in warranty, no replacement and we are still paying the full lease). I asked NHS Fleet to call Audi and arrange the repair as i've lost hope and my partner is in and out of hospital. They refuse, tell us its our responsibility and we need to get it to Audi. In the meantime my partner has left the NHS, we notify them and they give us a collection date for the car but now refuse to pick it up because it has a charging issue. I raise a complaint and ask someone for support in getting this car returned as Audi are not interested at all. At this point we get an arrogant and ignorant email from a Graeme Piggott telling me it's our responsibility to sort this and he would like our cooperation. Now excuse me if i'm wrong but i'm the one making the calls, paying the lease, paying for a car while not having one, sending the emails and he has the audacity to ask for my co-operation. What happened to receiving a reasonable level of customer service. GRAEME PIGGOT AND NHS FLEET SOLUTIONS ARE NOTHING SHORT OF INCOMPETENT.

The pricing is very misleading- at face value it appears to be very good value. When looking at the quotation in more detail, my gross salary would be ammended so I would be earning just over what I was earning as a band 5 (currently a band 6), and thats before any tax is taken off so what I would actually receive into my bank account would be less even still. The actual payments per month were almost double what was advertised. The customer service staff weren't able to explain things very well either. I'd recommend people to think twice before placing an order with them.

They promised to deliver car within 6 months, but it is been more than eleven months, car is not here, I rang dealership as an anonymous person and asked for the same car, they said they can deliver in six months, they are making false promises, liars.

Really wish I had not bothered with it, car was nice but pension affected as I left my employment and my salary never went back up so that's a long term effect, also rubbish customer service waiting over a month for a reply on email and no one answers the phone, they charged me a ridiculous fee when I handed the car back and it was only chips on the bumper caused by regular use, not damage I had caused so it should have been covered but they are charlatans pure and simple, only after your money. My advice, avoid this scheme and get the bus if you have to!

This scheme is baffling. You are penalised and have to pay more the LOWER your wage is. Purely on customer service they are terrible. Emailed about a quote. No one replied. No one answered the phone when I rang. The website advertises loads of models, but when you select many of them, they are not available because they haven’t had the relevant emissions certifications yet. So why advertise them?! Gave up in the end
