I could tell the staff were extremely under pressure on arrival 27 May, it was slightly manic, with a number of people waiting and others complaining about the wait time. All staff were professional and calm when speaking with me, despite all of this. It was really impressive to observe how they managed the patients, their own emotions and responses, and to not carry negative energy to the next patient. I take my hat off the team!

I went for blood test this morning I have to wait 3 hours, and taken my blood he could not find my vain so he's doing from my both hands and gave me so much pain and blood spells everywhere. I feel that this gentleman is inexperience. Ahmed

Stuff reception helpful , but from inside very slow for blood text , need more organised , there need to wait 3 hours same as in hospital Which is unfair to wait longer Please Management do something for blood test to be quick and easy

Visited today for 0900 appointment, staff were all friendly only waited 15 minutes then was escorted by a lovely nurse for a ultrasound test. The Sonographer was professional with my test and I was very happy with the test. Thanks to all the NHS staff at Wood Green Community Diagnostic Centre.

Mr husband had an pre-arranged appointment for ultrasound today at 4pm, so booked hours off work, they called him this morning and asked if he can come at 2:30pm, so he agreed to visit during lunch break, drank loads of water as recommended, now 3:20pm still waiting to be seen and bursting for the loo. Very unprofessional, will not accept referral to here again

This was my first visit to the centre for an ultra sound scan. I found all the staff to be very helpful and efficient. I was seen on time and the scan was very thorough and professional. Very good service and in a convenient location.
