Today, Sunday I booked test at 7 30am for 10.35am appointment, arrived 10 mins early there were approx 10 in front of me, not all was seen before me and then I went in just before my time slot. No parking charges unlike at the hospitals so for me it was a win, win situation and will be going there again if I need another blood test. Well fine the NHS

Please get blood test form/ sticker from your GP before you go there for blood test. It would have been nice if the centre had mentioned that when I called them to enquire before my 1st visit to the centre. They helped me with other queries though. The staff advised me what to do and told me there are lot of appointments and I can come back for another very soon. The staffs there seemed to be nice. Don't forget to take your mask when you visit. Hope this is helpful.

This is an absolutely useless system, they do not take note of when you enter so no one knows when you arrive. It should be a ticket system in that case as the staff were calling people who’s appointment times were after mine. I decided to ask the lady next to me what her appointment time was as she had just been seen, her appointment was 35 minutes after mine. Another lady informed me that her appointment was 2pm (it was currently 2.50pm) and someone else told me her appointment was 2.20pm. At this point I decided to ask why I had not been called and the staff told me that I was late and they had called me already. I arrived 2.05pm for my 2.10pm appointment as the website insists you do not arrive early for your appointment. I definitely was not late and the two other ladies there, were we all late? No. They just didn’t want to admit that they had made a mistake. The staff need training and to either take note of when people walk in or change to a ticket system. 3 people who have waited patiently for 50 minutes were then accused of being late and that it was our fault? Just admit when you have made a mistake and apologise. It’s very easy.
