My neighbour applied for a job here all approved and 5 months later they still waiting to start ? I advise the person to speak to a law firm immediately and ask to be compensated for the time they waste . I offer the number for a law firm and to also bring this to the attention on the local MP and The government. They go on strike claim no staff but why this person waiting after you accept them !
