I just cannot get hold of anyone to speak to, or get a response from my emails. When I call it says that the mail box is full, or there is no-one there to take your call so please call back. What is one supposed to do. Poor service

Absurdly difficult to see a GP. First you cannot get through on the phone, online booking is suspended, and the earliest appointments the reception can offer is in four weeks time.

Pull your fingers out and sort out all these so called general practitioners who act in a very unprofessional manner around Solihull and Birmingham. I can name names. I know the covid 19 crisis is going on but the service is absolutely zero stars from me. 👎👎
