I had an issue with my elbow for 7 years, after numerous attempts to get it fixed through countless other physios, acupuncture places, even steroid injections in it through the NHS and being told many times that it will not be right again. I went to see Nas because he was rated so highly. He exceeded my expectations and got my elbow feeling better very quickly. I am now back in the gym and training with it. It feels great. I would only trust Nas if I got another injury.
