I am appalled by the service I recently received from this shop. I bought a new battery from them last week which is not holding its charge for a full day. (This is the reason I wanted to replace my old one.) I returned the battery and was asked to leave it for testing, like I might be not be telling the truth. I left the battery and returned a couple of days later to be told it was fine. The suggestion being that I may not have charged it correctly, and was told that the shop assistant had managed to get 600 puffs from the charge. The returns policy on the website mentions nothing about testing only that you can return a battery within 3 months. There was no mention of how many puffs I might be limited to on purchase of the battery! I have been vaping for in excess of 10 years and feel like I have a good enough level of experience to know that this battery , and the way in which I have been treated, is rubbish. I am now left with a battery which lasts for a shorter length of time than one I have owned for a couple of years. I was told that I could return it again if I was still unhappy with it but quite frankly the level of service was so poor that I won’t bother.
