He explained to me everything that needed doing and as no spare parts were needed I only had to pay for labour. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. I rang NG appliances this morning to arrange a fridge/freezer repair and left an answer machine message. Andy rang me back soon after and arranged a convenient time this afternoon to take a look. He arrived on time and soon diagnosed the problem. He had the part on board and soon had my fridge back up and running. Andy was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Tumble dryer stopped working. Called NG Appliances who explained their charges (£35 for a visit if no fix) and agreed to come the next morning. Turned up on time, very friendly. Assessed the issue quickly and had the necessary part in his van. Machine repaired with 12 month warranty for much less than he cost of a new machine. Excellent service!

Called at around 10am as my oven element broke the night before and needed it sorting. Andy was there on time at around 12pm on my lunch break and it was fixed within 20mins. Really good, fast and efficient service will definitely recommend to friends and family.
