    Went in store today, I didn't realise it was click and collect only. The rude man made this really clear though. I have shopped there before with no issue. The guy had a good moan at me for it, and told me he's in a bad mood. but said it's fine as I was just about to leave. I asked him for a replacement servo and he told me he's too busy to give advice and he's a shop for hobbiests and not a hobby shop, and said that if I want advice go to Al's hobbies and then ushered me out the place. I haven't spent £000s in there. But I won't spend another penny in there. Off to Al's hobbies!! As explained to you. I'm within walking distance, knew where your located and have walked in there with no issue before and no mention of this before. (I brought a reciecer from you maybe 2 months ago max). I had no need to go to your website. And you was definitely NOT polite about it. This is the first 1 start review I have ever written in my life so don't think im one of them people who complain without valid reason.
