What a fantastic service from Matt and his team! Professional, friendly, hard working and competitive. They moved our belongings from London to storage in York. I was so impressed how upbeat the whole team were, considering it would have been a very long day for them. They left their base near York to drive down to London at the crack of dawn. By early afternoon they had loaded the whole contents of our house with care and efficiency into two vans, setting off for York once again. They went the extra mile indeed, by still being able to transfer everything into storage by the same evening, even though we said we were more than happy if they left it until the next day. We will definitely be using them again for the next move and be recommending them to anyone who needs a removal company that provide great communication and loyalty throughout the entire process.

I cannot recommend Matt and his team highly enough. I first enquirer months ahead of the move and he came to my flat to properly assess the extent of the packing and moving. I found other sites who asked me to estimate numbers of boxes myself which I found hard to gauge so Matt’s approach was excellent. He was comfortable with the ambiguous dates and responded quickly when we were able to lock in a date for the move. They came the day before the move to pack my belongings, this service was exceptional and methodical and they took great care of my items, before returning the following day to move me out (of a third floor flat) and into storage. Even with some problems at that storage (caused by me!), Matt was still patient, polite and good-humoured, even though moving house can bring out the worst in people normally! I am absolutely delighted with the service he and his lovely team provided and have already booked him to move my belongings from storage to Glasgow when my flat is ready later in the year.
