    I have never written a negative feedback in my entire life, but I am so disappointed with Next Ventures (NV) that I decided to write one now. After I signed a contract with NV, I stopped all ongoing interviews with other clients. On Contract Start Date, I had not yet received from NV the details of the project I should join. One of End Client's employees told me that he was not aware that I am joining a new project with End Client. I responded that something must have changed since I have a signed 4 months contract. I decided to check this with NV recruiter. His response was that he was not notified that Contract is modified/terminated and that he will look into this with End Client. It took him 2 weeks to resolve my status, although I was following up on a daily basis to have my status resolved. During those 2 weeks, he convinced me that I should not be worried since Contract was signed by all parties, that NV will protect me, Contract can not be terminated without notifying NV first and that there is Notice Period in case Contract will be terminated. I trusted him, however, all of those were lies. 2 weeks after Contract Start Date he notified me that Contract is terminated and that I will not be paid, even the Notice Period will not be paid. My response was that I do not accept it since I was ensured that there is nothing to worry about and said that I want a Notice Period to be paid. Since recruiter was refusing to do so, I said that I would like to make a complaint. I received an email address of Legal Team as a place where complaint should be sent. After sending a complaint, no one responded. They have simply ignored it. Over 1.5 months, I have sent 6 emails asking for the feedback, and only after fourth week I received a generic email saying that they are working on it, but they have done absolutely nothing. Then I decided to reach out to their superiors (NV management) to describe my situation and asked them to intervene, but they also ignored my emails. All I was asking is for a Notice Period to be paid. Nothing more. And they are refusing to do it. Notice Period is something completely normal in a case when Contract is terminated before End Date, but they are refusing to do so. Since all of this happened before Christmas holidays, I was without incomes for 2 months since I needed to start interviews with new companies only after holidays. But again, I only asked for a Notice Period to be paid, although damage for me is much higher. Additionally, the blame for this situation is completely on NV. I have worked with same End Client previously and received only compliments for my work. Also, during my first contract with NV, I was asked to join ASAP since project needed resources quickly, which I did - I have rearranged my holidays and joined when asked, but was not able to fully work since some additional set-up was required. Although I was available for the full time, I was only paid 50% of agreed rate. Because of all of this, I am deeply disappointed with NV. I can not believe that in 21st century a "professional recruitment company" is treating it's clients in this way - lying to them, giving false promises, ignoring emails, refusing to enforce Notice Period process, etc. especially because entire blame for this situation is entirely on NV. Luckily, I insisted on a correspondence over email, so I will be handing it to my lawyer to get a compensation in that way. --- If both NV and myself signed a Contract with Start Date of Dec 1st, and I received Termination Letter from NV's Legal Team on Dec 15th, how come the Contract did not start? Why is this being ignored? Does signed Contract by all parties not mean anything to NV? Why I was assured within those 2 weeks that there is nothing to worry about and that NV will protect me? I do not need your sympathy, but you to admit that you messed up and pay for those 2 weeks. For 6 months I was giving away part of my income to NV not sure for what exactly, but now when you need to resolve this situation which is entirely your fault, I get your sympathy.

    I am getting call everyday stating my name of the organisation and the function i work for . These callers ask me whether i need resources for my organisation. I told them keeping my personal data is against my GDPR, still they are calling me whether i need resources. Pathetic .
