One star is not even appropriate. I spoke to the "so called director" and a guy named "Alexis". These people are extremely unprofessional and they are uses to getting their was when they speak to people. As soon as you stand up to them they call you "combative". The big lady director should really take a hard look the mirror before criticizing the next person. They want a corporate environment in sales but offer a "pocket change" salary. What a joke. If you looking to earn pennies then please go and apply to work for them. Judging by the reviews, I can see this is really bad company to work for.

Appauling company. I have asked for my number to be removed 3 times and with their sister company. I was rang again at 17.22 hours by this rude woman called yasmin who hang up on me when I said I have asked for my details to be removed off their call list. Answered the phone when i called back and her telephone maner was again unprofessional. She first of all said she did not speak to me. Then said she thought I had finished talking. I asked to speak to her manager and she said he was not available. I asked for his name and there was a long pause. I was then given a indian name but she would not give the full name. Such an unprofessional company. I have had many calls oferring me work in areas in south wales when i dont live anywhere near there. They dont communicate or update their list. I have asked for my details to be removed twice and assured they will be. I will report this as a breach of GDPR

This company has been repeatedly leaving me voicemails to join them without the phone ringing. They bypass the call and leave a voicemail directly. They are harassing me incessantly sometimes daily. They are bullies. It seems they have outsourced this to a service in India that is doing the calls on their behalf.

Please avoid! I've been working with this agency full time as a nurse and so far it has been the worst agency because you have to fight for everything. I had a few wrong payslips sent to me by them and to correct them I had to wait 3 months. 3 months of constant reminders to my consultant who just replied "ok" and did nothing. I emailed the whole comprany and spoke with payroll department who deals with it and nothing for the next 2 months, the lady said that I will receive the correct amount on my next payslip and nothing for the next 2-3 weeks. I called again, she appeared to be always busy and the staff said she will call me back - this never happened. When she said that everything is sorted now, she wanted to proceed with the payment with less hours to lay me than I actually worked, even though everything was clearly stated. Another thing, if you want to book a shift while your consultant is on annual leave - forget about it. I contacted the number for 24/7 booking line and they told me that they can't do it and they will ask a different consultant to WhatsApp me to book a shift. Nothing happened. I called the next day - they said the same thing. I called them 3 times and there was no response from a different consultant and at the end I missed the bank holiday shift which I wanted to work. If they tell you they can pay extra money for your accommodation or travel, you probably won't get it (even though they told you 'YES' previously) unless you fight with them by constant calls and emails. I received extra pay only on my first 2 payslips. The rest of the payslips were missing the extra payment. I received them after 3 months of constant messages and calls. I would advice you to register with a different agency as I did. There are much better agencies that actually care for you. I find that the agencies based in London have always poor communication with their nurses/hcas.

Disturbingly unprofessional has a out of hours receptionist Gemma very rude phoned with frustrations and she felt the need to say her opinions that deterred from her passing on numerous messages to speak to someone in management this company has no HR and as far as I’m concerned the med bank and the company working together needs a serious look over. Currently going through Ombudsman!
