Next Place go above and beyond to ensure you get the best price and buyer. They have a great team dynamic who work extremely proactive to market your property, you are always kept up to date with viewing feedback and given information about market trends etc they also make contacting them very easy for you. My sale was a difficult and complicated one, I encountered hurdle after hurdle, personal circumstances aswell as property problems made it very challenging. Their after sales team are outstanding, a massive shout out to Nicola who consistently found solutions to my problems, she was always on hand to help and advise me, nothing fazed her, it took a lot of pressure off me knowing she was on my side working tirelessly towards completion, I couldn't have done it without her. I can't recommend Next Place enough.

From the very beginning all of the staff at Next Place were fantastic in supporting me through what can be a very stressful experience. This was my first time selling a property so i felt really supported by the team throughout each step of the process. In particular i would like to thank Karl and Luke who were great in communicating with me and were so quick in helping me to sell the property, that we achieved above asking price within 48 hours of the house being on the market. Also i would like to provide a special mention to Nicola from the after sales team, who pushed solicitors for me, chased deadlines and was very supportive during the entire process! Their were a few delays outside of our control when completing the sale, but the stress of this was taken away from me as i felt so comfortable that Next Place had this in control and always had my interest as a priority! Next Place are a professional company that offer a personal experience and service, I would strongly recommend people use their services if you are thinking of buying or selling!
