We finally found Next Chapter after almost a year of trying to sell our house. The first Agency we used may as well have done nothing. The second tried but just wasn't up to the job, however we really noticed a difference when we signed with Next Chapter. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process even if just ringing to let us know there was no further news. The Slack app they provided was also excellent and a great way of communicating especially for me as a driving instructor and being limited as to when i can use the phone. Basically they have a great team, great communication, great customer service and attention to detail and most importantly they deliver what they say they can. After a year on the market Next Chapter sold our house after just 3 weeks. A special mention must be made about Hayley who we spoke to most she is absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough to help us....we have already recommended Next Chapter to friends who have now listed with them........if your looking for a reliable and communicative team that actually deliver what they say they can ......look no further you just found them....Thanks for all your help and assistance during our sale.
