I was due to go paddle boarding but had forgotten my paddle ! I couldn't believe it, on one of the hottest days of the year so far. However, I was lucky enough that NewWave Paddleboards were in place at Dedham waterside and generously lent me a paddle. I offered to pay, but the owner wouldn't have it. He was more interested in me having fun and enjoying a sport that he himself has a huge wealth of knowledge and passion for than taking money for just a paddle ! Its not often in this world that trust is given first without being earned but it just goes to show that humanity, kindness and customer focus still exist and they are clearly in high quantities at NewWave Paddleboards. Thank you Spencer, you changed my day from a disappointment to a enjoyable success.
