I waited a whole day for a call back from the gp. Only to realise he had been calling me from a private number. Did not even bother to leave a message to say he contacted me. Rang up the surgery only to be told it was my own fault.

Calling over 300 times from 8am only to get through and be told no appointments left is beyond upsetting

Would give minus 5, called 5 days out of 7, as they are closed on weekends, appointments full every time, this so called surgery is making money off of patients names without treating them, got more chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment. Close it down and start again with new staff and doctors

This GP is Worst nightmare ever. Please find yourself another GP. the staff are very rude. They ask you to call for an appointment at 8am and when you call the phone is busy throughout the appointment hours. And when you finally get through, they say sorry there’s no more appointments for today. I have been trying to reach them for a week same thing. It’s disgusting, this GP should be close down because it’s useless to its patients. The reviews are extremely poor and they don’t care. I wish I can give zero stars. Shame

I would give less than 1 star but the lowest I can give is 1, they are awful absolutely no care for the patient, they make a big fuss when you might turn up to an appointment 5 minutes late but when you have to wait from 8 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon for a call back and find out they won't call you back because its too late and theres nothing we can do they expect us to be ok with it and wake up the following morning again and wait on the phone for 30 minutes just to get through and find out you might not be able to get an appointment. An absoloute shambles

I was referred here last year to see Dr. Muralidhar as I had two chalazions that my doctor said I need removing as they would not go away. Dr. Muralidhar was clearing rushing around and I was not even on his list. He saw me for 5 minutes and said I don't need surgery and wanted me to have more antibiotics , I explained I have been on antibiotics for months and they have not worked. This was really impacting my life. He said well he cant help me. I done what Dr. Muralidhar said and carried on with antibiotics and heat masks. Nothing improved so I paid privately to see a opthamologist that agreed immediately I clearly needed surgery and he performed this for me. Over a month later my eye kept flaring up so my doctor referred me back to see Dr. Muralidhar. I was very hesitant to see him again after a bad experience but I went and saw him. I could not speak without him constantly interrupting me, I have never complained about a health professional before as I work in the industry but no patient should be interrupted and spoken down too. He said "There's nothing I can do for you I said this last year", I explained that I had to go private for my surgery because I DID IN FACT NEED IT, he didn't comment back on that , completely dismissed me. I stayed calm and professional but he did not and in this situation he was the doctor and I was the patient so he should of been the professional one. I would NEVER go back to this centre again. He has no compassion or communication skills. Not sure why this man chose to become a doctor at all.

Dr Daniel Crowe really took his time to listen to all of my concerns and complete thorough checks. Felt very reassured and like he wasn’t rushing me in the ways GPs may have made me feel rushed in the past. 10/10
