Asked them to stitch up a small rip in a jacket but was ripped off by being charged £15 to put some black sticker over the rip. I'll now be having to spend more money elsewhere to get the job done properly. Don't go here for repairs.

My house was recently badly flooded and I needed to have my entire wardrobe of clothes laundered, dried and ironed along with lots of clothes which needed dry cleaned. Embarrassing as it was, I had no option but to take everything into them in black sacks. The staff at Elite went above and beyond, separating all the items into bundles for the correct cleaning process. They carried out this work professionally and took great care of each and every item. Each piece of clothing was returned to me folded and bagged. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me. 5* service and I would not hesitate in recommending them.
