Loads of great people on the bay and through the company in general, but a lot of snakes there too, mainly the senior management and their favourite managers. Bullying and discrimination is a standard daily procedure, a lot of policies sent out to all staff to “tick off” but when a problem arrises they sweep it under the carpet to protect their own, not much class or respect amongst certain seniors and they have no idea how to treat people, they let the place down badly, managers lie and snake behind peoples backs but they are protected by the powers at be, News uk the parent company also aware of these things but unfortunately fail to stand by their own policies. Very shameful company, luckily they have the good people who make the place tick. Disgusting attitude from some.
