For the most part this is quite a good experience. When there is a queue it's not too long. There's a selection of packaging for those who still need to wrap their parcels. This is also a full on newsagent with cold drinks and snacks. A mistake was recently made when they were entering the delivery address on a package I was sending by recorded delivery. I phoned up when I noticed the mistake on the receipt and they corrected it quickly and were polite.
