Parcel was delivered here via Royal mail for next day delivery, the shop had my item for three days and refused to give me my item even though I gave them the tracking number . Very unprofessional, very reluctant to give my parcel to me so I had to ask for help from the seller. I gave all the same details as the seller and the person still refuse to give to me until the seller threatened to report them . Do not have your items posted here as they are very reluctant to give you your parcels back .
