Took my son to this centre for a circumcision. Was sceptical due to bad reviews but I’m unsure why the reviews are bad. The staff were extremely pleasant and professional. They were very knowledgeable. The booking process was simple. I completed a form online and got a call back the same day to book an appointment. The facilities and rooms were very modern and I was made to feel at extreme comfort after being so anxious initially. A lady sat us down for a consultation and explained the whole process to us and we signed the consent forms. The procedure went smoothly and we were taken to a room where parents could comfort their child after the procedure. The after care was discussed and we’ve experienced no problems. They called a week later to follow up, they have gone above and beyond for me and I am very grateful to them. Excellent service!!!

Do not take your sons here for circumcision. Very inexperienced doughnuts who don’t have a clue how to talk to people. Honestly the English areas and doctors are better than our own people. Book your circumcision at GREET MEDICAL PRACTICE. I got a appointment within 5 minutes of calling and they have brilliant reviews. As for this place I sat on the phone for 56 minutes before anyone answered. Run down back street circus.

Avoid at all costs, it’s your health. Perhaps the worst customer experience I have ever faced in my life. Reception staff lack any sort of customer service training and are not fit to serve a job in which patients health is in line. They will look for the easiest excuse and reason to give a “ No “ answer so they have less work to do. They lack any empathy training and will never bother to try and go the extra mile for you. They give of a feeling of I don’t really want to be here, I don’t care what happens , I don’t care what you say. I truly feel if this centre was to improve it would of by now based on all the bad reviews but clearly the higher ups do not care either. The doctors are decent and try their best but are severely let down by a poorly managed, poor attitude team. I’m not sure how the interview process went but I feel just about anyone could be hired if you are able to write down your first and last name.
