Blackbear knew I was on the lookout for Road King 103ci+, Cam duly undertook to find a suitable HD Road King that would suit my needs. I have to say Cam surpassed my expectations with the '16 plate he sourced from another dealer in the Lind Group. The couple of niggles identified during the test ride were put to rights before taking ownership. 11/10 for Blackbear and Cam

Recently purchased a Harley Davidson sportster from Harley Davidson in Newmarket, I was met by Cameron in the dealership who offered me a very nice cup of tea as I was looking around the bikes. The whole dealership was very smart and all the staff are helpful and informative, Cameron answered all of my questions and offered some great advice on what upgrades and changes I could make to my new Harley. I cant recommend Cameron and the dealership highly enough.

Fantastic customer service bespoke to the individual. I was looking for a second bike as a daily and certainly on a budget. Living in London this was not the most convenient dealership however Cam, who I had bought a previous bike from had just started. The service he provided previously was second to None and as such I was prepared to make the commute. I gave my requirements and most importantly financial limitations. Cam kept me constantly updated with options covering everything from spec to cost. There was no pressure and his genuine approach to helping me find the right bike was certainly not something you find everywhere. Very easy to contact and the only time I needed to visit the dealership was to collect the bike. The dealership itself is very smart with plenty of space and parking. Most importantly endless coffee. I had a slight technical issue with the bike due an engine management light but this was quickly rectified and no fault of the dealership. I will definitely be making a visit in the future just not as frequently as I would like due to the distance. Thank you Cam 👍👍 a solid two Out of two on helping me find the right bike.

Well, what can I say but “Great job Cameron” Very impressed with the level of service and friendly manner of all I dealt with. I always dread being pounced upon by a pushy salesman, it didn’t happen here I’m pleased to say. Only my second Harley in 20 years and I was very attached to my 2003 Heritage Classic after riding 105k miles on it. I was very reluctant and unsure wither to see it go. Cameron showed a lot of patience dealing with the trade in of my bike and the paperwork following the purchase of a preowned Sports Glide. Make sure that Cameron is still here in 20 years when I swap out this one.
