The test drive car information given me for the test drive was not very complete. I did not know that one had to put my left foot down to start the car and in the middle of the test drive I could not drive the car. My salesman did not attend the meeting for me to buy the car although I had arranged an appointment. No discount for a cash purchase. Fifty pounds was offered for my old good car with a low mileage. I obtained Two hundred and twenty five pounds from Silverlake at Botley who I would recommend.

Just had my car service and MOT carried out. Fine with this and professional. However failed to tell me my payment plan had stopped and had to fork out £170 I hadn't budgeted for. To add to my woes I'm told I need need brake discs and pads. Quoted nearly £370! Shopped about and had 2 cheaper quotes already both well over £100 less. Charging £30 for tyre sealant repair liquid 300ml. £30. Found the same stuff on amazon for £13. Air con service £150. Just nearly all other garages in my area do this for half the cost. Why is it suzki think I was born yesterday? Extortionate prices in a time where costs are high enough as it is. With shopping about I have saved my over £200. Sorry to say but you have lost a customer and won't be recommending you or returning to any of your dealerships in the future for car servicing and MOTs.
