Called for a quote 3 week's ago, I was told to write an email for my request. I then chased up yesterday only to be told today that they are fully booked and unable to assist. Terrible service! I even called to see when in the future and they just said no! Well I suggest you put a closed sign on the door if you are unable to provide a service.

This company has extremely poor customer aftercare. Their policy is to not answer their phone and totally ignore any faults which occur with their work. Once the work is completed if a problem arises they will ignore all your communications. If you do manage to get someone to pick up the phone they say they will be with you in an hour but do not turn up!! Despite the fact that they originally say their work is covered by warranty, when you do need them to sort errors out, they will totally ignore this and leave you to suffer. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!
