Honestly? It’s frustrating to get through to them sometimes but I’ve actually had a fine time with this doctors. They believed me when it came to my depression, very prompt to put me on medication. There’s a few times where the conversation with reception might be a little awkward but I’ve never experienced fully dismissive staff. I don’t know the name of the younger guy who works at reception but he’s always very smily when I come in, helps make it a little less daunting sometimes

Update 21/2/23 have appt at 4:05 which I can't make because I'm in agony with backpain, cannot get through on the phone, I'll just have to wait for a nasty letter, I e suggested to them numerous times " Why not have a different number or email address for cancellations, I suspect they like cancellations because they can catch up and blame patients for missed appointments. Just Read JG Review abt physio, yeah I saw one in there years ago about backpain, he said I can see the problem straight away, its how you are sat, you need to sit up straight and do some exercises. I once had an appointment with their drop in mental health nurse who told me to wear colourful clothes and eat colourful things, ( I got sectioned for dressing as a clown and eating Lego in Toy's Rus) , no seriously she was the most introverted grey haired drab boring person I've ever met, she was dressed in brown cord dress and looked suicidal. She looked like a ghost of a. Ancient tree. Useless ignorant aloof self important arrogant staff from reception to manager and partners with a few exceptions. No triage of calls, you decide if it's urgent. No triage of non urgent calls whether it's a broken nail, hearing loss, headache or ulceration etc. Never take on board patients thoughts or suggestions, they have a patient liaison group which meets 4x year on Teams. You have to be approved and have internet and video conferencing facilities.

No point doing an e consult as you’ll just be asked to ring the next day. No nurse practitioner or female staff to offer appointments according to receptionists.

I've been a patient with this practice for many years and was surprised to see so many negative reviews here. I have visited the practice many times over the years (although I have never suffered a serious illness). My treatment as a patient has always been good. I recently had several appointments (in person and by phone) and I was very pleased by the promptness of my treatment. Because I'm a rather anxious person, the GP phoned me at home immediately my results were know. That small kindness meant a lot to me. I have also been happy with the provision of services like vaccination.

Physiotherapist is not helpful in the slightest, literally only ever advises basic stretches and doesn't even recommend how many times per day to perform the stretches/exercises; how many reps and sets to perform the stretches/exercises for them to be effective (makes little effort to be helpful or informative), would not recommend booking in and would suggest going private to avoid having your time wasted.

Extremely rude staff especially the nurses and doctors. Instead of answering any query they keep on repeating same statement again and again. Got hemorrhoids doctors instead of viewing me physically kept on giving me few medicines for 7 months on call. Until the situation gets worsen and I become totally unable to sit and appetite lost completely.

Receptionist are rude and unfriendly, so are the nurses and doctors. The amount of times I call and never get through is ridiculous, and when I do get through for an appointment it could be a months wait or more. I've been insulted in person about my mental health and my weight from doctors and at this point I'm surprised that this place is still open and running.

I'm an international student. I am trying to get an appointment from the last 3 days. They picked up the call and told me the next appointment is 11th of June and telephonic. I have lumps on either side of the ear and in severe pain. We students pay a premium of more than 1000 pounds every year for our medical and get zero help when needed. Absolutely shambles.
