I live in a Grade II listed building, not a straight window frame to be found! Torben made a replacement casement window for me, a custom size, and not available from an internet supplier. The window is perfect and the good advice he gave on how it should be made was invaluable. Fitting was a labour of love, but ended up with a perfectly fitting window, which now opens with ease. Torben was easy to work with and I will certainly use him again if I need any more windows or doors.

Really pleased with our new front door and side panels. Solid Oak, bespoke Door Set. We found Torben using a Google search and by luck he had recently installed a new door locally. Once we had seen this fine piece of quality craftmanship it was difficult to consider any of the alternative choices that we had! Commissioned the door which was fitted in the new year. We are very pleased with the finished result.

We moved into a new home in Orpington needing some remedial work. A modern loft hatch and ladder, doors on a serving hatch and something to brace our roof, where the previous occupier has removed the trusses. I was hesitant to contact Newlands Joinery because I assumed a joiner would be overqualified and too expensive for this work. Instead, we found Torben and his team competitively priced, remarkably attentive to detail and delivering a quality of work, which left us thoroughly satisfied. Subsequently, we hired Newland's to replace all the doors in our house and replace our kitchen. One door was bespoke, with the frame made from scratch to fit a manufactured door. The kitchen was installed in only four days and to an impeccably high standard. For considerate attention to detail, honest, practical and tasteful opinions, fair prices and most importantly to many, fantastic quality in impressive timescales you'd be foolish not to consider Newland's Joinery.

My Mother was taken seriously ill at home and the police were called who broke down the solid oak front door. At a loss to know what to do as the door was bespoke I contacted Torben, He immediately realised our predicament in that the house was not secure. We took the door to him on Tuesday morning and collected it again on Wednesday morning. Were expecting it to take most of the week as it was quite badly damaged and need a whole new stile. Such amazing service. I know that he had plenty of work to do but made time to help us out and at that time was very much appreciated. His work is outstanding. To look at the door you would not know that anything had happened to it. I have no hesitation in recommending Torben, I intend to use him again soon for some work in
