4 lakes to choose from. Tackle shop didn't open because of heavy rain? Could do with a bit of rubbish collection as there were a few things lying around, including inconsiderate anglers discarded line etc. Good sized carp in the lake we fished. Good to see toilets on site.

Never been before 10mins in and caught a 13lb carp lots of 7lb and a few 10lb a nice little hut that sells most baits ,drinks food .very quite in the middle of Chelmsford

Good lake, good amount of fish. Could of done with more bailiff visits or people to keep an eye on things. Had a few kids mucking about, dropping fish on the floor & general bad etiquette however, the place itself was good

I have been fishing here for the last 15 years and never had an issue until now. The snack bar owner became a bit of a d..k for no aparrent reason therefore I won't be visiting this Fishery ever again.
