booking an appointment is a complete disaster. You must call at 8 AM or at 2 PM but even when you do the lines are cut off due to high volume of calls (and I call at 8 on the dot !) . Telling a suffering patient to call tomorrow hoping to get an appointment is to this point dangerous. The receptionists ( not all but too many) have very limited customer service knowledge. It is very sad and things will be missed by their lack of consideration.

Gp knew what she was doing, kind and answered all my questions and my partners. She offered referrals for things I couldn't get my last GP to even think about. She even got the reception staff to chase my previous GP for my records. Got texts on the same day for things I would need to book myself, and provided all the information needed for those calls 💛

The Gps try their best but reception team except Sarah and Sam are rude and unhelpful. I would think that they would empathise a bit more seeing mostly ill people call in but they are so quick to get you off the phone. Online consultations don't work, when you call no appointments what's the point.
