Telephone manner is really poor. Very abrupt, rude and hung up before seeing if there's any other questions I had. Flowers are also overpriced, 6 red for £50... ridiculous.

I ordered a bunch of birthday flowers on sunday and it was ready to pick up for monday, loved the service. The flowers were really vibrant, the colours I asked for were pink and red and it matched perfectly :) Definitely will be coming back

Not the greatest experience. I asked the women over the phone to make me a bouquet, I was told over the phone that she’d make me a pink and white one. The one I was given was not at all pink or white. It was made up of orange yellow and green flowers with only one pink flower and no white flowers. The women was extremely rude and showed no sign of good customer service. First told me over the phone she’d be at the shop until 6:30? Later then, when I called at 6 to say I’m 10 mins away, that I’d need to hurry up as she wanted to go home. Absolutely ridiculous and I will not be back again. Don’t promise your customers one thing and give them another, if changes need to be made clarify this with them first.

Newham Florist is a hidden gem for all things flowers. The Florist owns and runs her business and is a wealth of knowledge as well as a warm, friendly, professional. Her prices are very competitive, especially given the excellent customer service and range of products. I've become a regular customer over the last few years and will always visit when I need a bouquet of flowers and celebratory ballons.
