Absolutely useless Newham Council. Absolutely unqualified people, waiting more than 1 hour to be transferring to 4 different department, they are not able to register me on ceremony 😕. As usual it takes 2 minutes when you have My Newham account, unfortunately it's blocked and of course they are not help me with that, because they are UNQUALIFIED!!!! THEY ARE PAID FOR NOTHING. I WISH THIS COUNCIL WOULD CLOSED AND MONEY SPEND ON CORRECT DIRECTION NOT FOR USELESS STAFF.

Useless does not even begin to describe Newham Council. Since June I could count on one hand the number of times the bins for our building have been collected, and each of these times has come as a result of me hounding the mayors office. I have lived up and down the country and I don’t think I have ever come across an organisation so grossly incompetent. Bins overflowing, rats everywhere, street lamps broken, the list is endless. But does the mayor care? No, only concerned with parking tickets.

Joke. Not a council. Owes me over £600 few months after I moved out of the area and after 30+ phone calls, 10+ emails and 2+ complaints I still have the money nowhere to be seen.
