asked Gary to fit my skylight and after he used the wrong materials (silicone) instead on the supplied foam strip that was stated to be used in the instructions provided when I made him aware he threw the strip on the floor and refused to fit it now invalidating the warranty on my skylight, i have been left with no keys for most of the windows with one window rubbing on soffit with no responsibility taken, also the sliding door he fitted was initially fitted with a malfunctioning latch and was u able to lock this took over 4 weeks to resolve leaving me with no lockable door on my property now it locks but the door binds the handle was loose and its very hard to shut and lock id definitely recommend not to use this company's services extremely unprofessional and rude

Gary fitted me a new patio door. He came promptly knowing it was an emergency as it could no longer be locked. Was a very good price and completed very quickly. Would highly recommend

We have just had windows, a new front door and a conservatory reglazed by Gary. The price was very competitive, he turned up on the due date, carried out the works to programme and left site neat and tidy. We were pleased with his attention to detail and very pleased with the overall result. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

We had a double french window installation and our 2 bedroom D, glazed windows plus our kitchen windows replaced. The door restrictions failed to hold the door on one side and two of the hinges cracked/broke stopping the doors from operating easily. Three d.glazed window panes failed. The installer came and said the problem with the door was that we didn't install a method to stop the doors from hitting the wall. The frame of the door was narrower than the original french windows which is the main cause of the problem, but of course he blamed us, not his installation. Also he didn't fit a covering threshold strip to hide the fixing screws and it would have stopped the dirt and dust gathering there. We had to insist on ventilating devices to be fitted to the windows to allow the rooms to breathe when the house was shut up when we were away. (Building Regs requirement). We are still waiting a month later for his return even though the door is very dodgy and we have to be very careful it doesn't fall off. We had agreed to pay for the new hinges. The barge boards were installed satisfactorily.
