I asked Newgents to clean my guttering as it all was looking a bit of a mess and I could see there were a few plants growing around the roof edge too. They arrived on time and not only cleared all my gutters but also cleaned the outside of the house and the windows. A very professional service carried out by super efficient and courteous staff. I’ve used Newgents for around 15 years now and have never been disappointed until running into financial difficulties and having to stop using them 😢 Chris has been reliable and conscientious about his work. He recently came to look at a guttering job that my 94 year old dad had been ripped off £180 cash for. The con man then told him it would cost him another £450 for scaffolding after he said he could do it from a ladder to begin with. I called Chris and he popped round to look. Made no problem of getting up the ladder and did the repair on the spot in 15 minutes for under £50! What a star, and honest man. Can’t thank him enough as it’s stopped all my dads worrying now. Needless to say we’ve got him coming back to do another job on guttering the other side of the house. Lovely, polite and willing to please man. Thank you so much Chris. See you soon. 🤩😀
