    I recently pulled the trigger on purchasing a NewGen 345 after months of research. I read and watched all the reviews and blogs featuring NewGen and found nothing to discourage me from purchasing a 345. It’s very early days, having only taken delivery last Thursday, but wow, this is one amazing bike! It was very easy to assemble, even for a novice like myself, and I was riding in style in no time. It was the styling of the 345 that initially caught my eye and the bike is undoubtedly a head-turner. ‘In the flesh’ it is a stunning machine and the build quality is simply outstanding. It is incredibly responsive and great fun to ride. I can’t wait for the better weather to arrive! The customer service at NewGen is unmatched. Any question I have had, prior to or since buying, has been handled by Santi, who has been amazing. He has answered my emails and questions with superhuman speed and in great detail. NewGen, give this man a raise! I would wholeheartedly recommend NewGen to my friends (most of whom are coming over to take it for a spin soon) based on the build quality and Santi’s customer service alone. It’s early days for NewGen, but if my initial impressions are correct, their future is very bright and I would not be surprised if this small British company becomes a leader in the world of e-bikes. Bravo, NewGen.

    After lots of careful research into which e-bike I should get due to its cost, I'm really pleased to have gone with NewGen.The bikes are high quality and support is great. You are also supporting a local, UK based business. I'm really pleased with my e-bike and have been commuting in London for 2 months. Post sale support has also been really good, you can talk to people who understand bikes and maintenance and are responsive. Highly recommend it!

    Three reasons why you should choose a bike from NewGen! 1, I got burned off riding up a hill close to my home by one of the local chavs, with a phone in one hand, and a spliff in the other, my legs could not hold up my honour anymore....it was time to add some electric turbo power and move back into poll position....Newgen bikes had the goods to help me! 2. If anyone tells you that COOL is no longer important when you move into your sixties, they are wrong...Newgen bikes will bring this missing element back (if only I could say the same for my hairline!). 3, Old school amazing service with real people who cannot do enough to help and advise.

The craftsmanship of the 345 is outstanding and the ride is sublime you really do feel king of the road riding or shoud I so cruising the streets. Aftercare support is great with follow up calls to ask how you are getting on with the bike.
