    Trying to get an appointment at the busiest time of the day 8-8:30am. If you work and kids to get to school, how does that work? I have asked so many times for this to be reviewed as it’s so unfair to working people or parents with school runs!

    Iv called so many times to be held a huge queue to be put back into a automated service. To start all over again in my waiting time, iv had on going health issue for nearly two yrs now. And started with irregular bleeding, this isn’t important or so it seems with the receptionist I spoke with today, or she’d not of put me off coming in, and not enough to book me in on a emergency appointment. The world as gone mad, it isn’t for the want of trying by patients to get early diagnoses, for things and treatment. They just don’t want to see patients like they used, & put you off at all costs. I’d have more change arranging a appointment with the Pope than Newgate medical group. It is the worst surgery. I had to beg to be seen my last visit, and luckily I got a good receptionist that one time. But today was the worst call. Thanks for nothing and please don’t blame patients or tell them they need early diagnosis if they can’t make a simple appointment to get one. Not everyone can call at eight in the morning or get online to book at eight with school runs & work. It’s shameful especially when you express concern of irregular bleeding & bloating, .& cancer running high in my family, and bowl cancer. It’s still not important. No patient care at all.

    More than happy with the care I have received over the last 18 months. The phone has been answered within 10 minutes and my appointments have been booked without fuss. The only improvement would be opening up appointments so I could book online which would save a phone call. All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly and very caring. Well done all

    I can't speak of anyone's experience but ours. As a family of five, using this surgery for eighteen years, we have always found the staff, nurses and doctors to be first class. In an increasingly pressured situation, we have always found waiting times and responses to be reasonable at the very least.

    Waiting in line on the phone and I get to number one and they put the phone down on you. Also you get a lot of when you have gone through all the index on the phone you press three to talkvto someone they will take you back to menu and you press number 3 again and it will take you back to index. What's all this about

    3 stars mainly for the Dr's as I've managed to get in to see someone face to face, however some of the receptionists have bad attitudes and come across like you are troubling them for doing their jobs !!
